Refund policy
You can return items within fourteen days of receipt of your order. After informing us of your intention to return the items, you will receive a return confirmation email providing additional information. Once we receive your item back at our warehouse, we will process your return.
In order for us to accept your return, please ensure that your FRÉNÉSIES products are unopened and the box is still intact. Please pack the products you wish to return properly, including the initial dispatch note (order receipt) so we will be able to identify your return.
Any item received in an inappropriate condition might be refused. In case of this occurrence, we will inform you promptly, providing a detailed explanation. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and as you are responsible until the product reaches our warehouse, we strongly suggest that you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.
Once approved, refunds should take no longer than ten working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
If you return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items and the cost of standard delivery; express or other non-standard shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
